Toda vez que camino por la vereda interna de la plaza
miro al suelo y pienso
si lo aparente no será una paradoja de lo real.
Las baldosas gris-marrón, aunque gastadas,
parecen ser las que aguantan
el peso de nuestros pasos
pero sucede que ellas también se aferran
a lo que ocultan.
La tierra es un compuesto de materia desmenuzable
dice el diccionario
o, lo que es igual,
una finitud de incontables átomos.
Si ahora nos fuese posible dividirlos,
verías que entre protón y electrón
hay una soberbia dimensión de vacío.
Por eso digo que al marchar
por la vereda interna o externa de la plaza
mirando al suelo, al cielo, o donde quieras,
caminamos sobre nuestra propia vacuidad
alterando el principio de no contradicción
inconscientes de ser y no ser al mismo tiempo
amigo mío.
